Company director & chairman, investor, adviser, investment banker and mentor to a long list of early stage start-ups, scale-ups and ASX listed companies, Ben has 35 years in the Sydney capital  markets navigating deals, creating new companies, raising and structuring private and listed equity capital, merger & acquisition transactions, and company exits. Currently Interim CEO of Adslot Limited (ASX: ADS) and recent Chairman of Simble Solutions (ASX:SIS), Equity Story Limited (ASX:EQS) and Norcliffe Mining Services (ASX IPO in 2025), has been NED of six ASX companies in the past 10 years, involved partly or deeply in nine IPOs, and serves on several private, start-up and advisory boards. Currently advising Vintage Energy (ASX:VEN).

Company executive with 30 years involvement in the international technology sector, delivering large scale IT projects to Asia Pacific and Australian multinationals. With strong operational and process capability, his focus is to manage large and complex projects. George led Telstra’s international professional services group in Singapore, covering Europe and Asia, building a team of 250 professionals via acquisition and growth. He is currently Managing Director and co-owner of Resurg Data Insights.

Recognised leader and expert across the energy sector, with a focus on renewables and clean fuels. Deep experience in energy and environmental products markets. Holding a range of board and in-house advisory roles bringing strong commercial, governance and risk management experience, supported by a breadth of knowledge and skills across most corporate disciplines. Darryl is currently a Board member of HAMR Energy and SEAGas, with past roles as CEO InfratilEnergy Australia (Lumo), Board Member of Meridian/PowershopChair of Solar Developer ESCO, Chair of SEA Gas, and Board Member of the Clean Energy Council.

Sam Button is a senior leader in the global energy and utilities sector with extensive experience spanning strategy, transformation, and large-scale project delivery. He has spent his career driving innovation and sustainable energy solutions. Previously, Sam held senior roles at Aurecon and Origin Energy, including Global Service Leader for Future Energy, where he led teams focused on energy transition strategies and emerging technologies. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Sam brings deep technical expertise, advising on complex energy projects.

50 years involvement in the Australian and overseas natural resources industry, particularly petroleum exploration and development. Identified many early-stage energy projects and developed them to generate substantial shareholder value. Managed onshore and offshore exploration ventures in the Gippsland Basin (Bass Strait) and the Bonaparte Basin and offshore WA and headed Esso’s petroleum new ventures activities. In 1986 he joined the ASX listed Australian Petroleum Fund (AUSPET) as Exploration Manager and then Managing Director until 1989, where he directed its growth from a junior explorer to a successful oil and gas producer and pipeline owner.
